A 5 week trip through South Africa with my fellow student and travel buddy Felix. We flew via Paris into the capital Johannesburg and spent some days in the northern part. Which is nice if you want to see animals, but we were pretty anxious to hike and camp along the beaches. So after a few days up there we decided to continue to Cape Town and make our own way from there along the coast (Cape of Good Hope, Garden Route, …) back north again. Incredible experiences. And definitely not as dangerous as people say as long as you avoid certain areas in the big cities.
